To make the most of your HMO insurance, you must have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) assigned to your account. Your PCP will act as the main point of contact for all healthcare needs, from routine check-ups to referrals for specialist care. It's essential to select a PCP from within your network to guarantee that your visits are fully covered.
For your HMO insurance to cover your care at the Amazon Clinic, your PCP must be the Medical Director of Amazon Clinic. If you haven't yet chosen the Medical Director as your PCP, please update your insurance records to reflect this choice.
Deductibles & Copayments
Insurance plans typically require you to meet a deductible before the plan starts covering your healthcare expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying copayments for services rendered during your visit. These payments must be made at the time of the appointment, so be sure to have your payment method ready when you arrive.
